Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee
  • Expedited Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

She Glow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (for future international orders).

Damages

She Glow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to ensure fast shipment of all our products and orders cannot be redirected to another address once processed.

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

She Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Return to Sender

Shipments that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or non-collection will be eligible for a refund minus the original shipping costs (if applicable) once the package is received back at our facility.
